Corporate culture:

 

The fundamental philosophy of an organization is determined by its corporate culture. The behavior and actions of individuals within a corporation illustrate the existing culture of that organization.

Culture:

 

The set of distinctive spiritual, material, intellectual, and emotional features of a society or a social group, encompassing art and literature, lifestyles, ways of living together, value systems, traditions, and beliefs

 

Dominant culture:

There is usually one "dominant" culture in each area that forms the basis for defining that culture. This is determined by power and control

 

Ethnic:

Refers to any group of people who share a common culture. In the United States, the term has been used to describe people whose origins are other than the mainstream Anglo-Saxon Protestant American culture.

Intercultural:

 

Refers to communication or interaction among people of different cultures. Efforts in intercultural training and communications aim to bridge the differences and eliminate bias among culturally diverse populations. At times, it is used synonymously with such related terms as "cross-cultural" and "multicultural."

Intercultural communication:

 

The information exchange between one person and any other source who is transmitting a message that displays properties of a culture different from the receiver's culture.
